At DWIT Group LLC, we stand behind the quality of every SuperBox we sell. Our goal is to make your experience easy — so you can buy with confidence.​

RETURN (30 Days)

You can return your SuperBox within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no hassle.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at info@dwitgroupllc.com with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval & RMA instructions

  3. Ship the product back in original packaging

  4. We issue your refund once received and inspected

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. Returns with damage, missing parts, or tampering may result in denial or restocking fees.

 

🔁 EXCHANGES

If your device arrives defective or shows a “DEVICE PROHIBITED” error, we’ll exchange it for the same model — no stress.

You have up to 30 days for exchanges related to shipping or functionality issues.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all SuperBox models.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is in good condition with no damage or tampering

  • All original packaging and accessories are included

After 30 days, refunds are not available. However, if your device fails within the 1-Year Warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it.

 

🛠️ 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All SuperBox devices include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, starting from the date of first activation.

If your device has hardware issues:

  1. Contact us at info@dwitgroupllc.com

  2. We’ll help troubleshoot or authorize a return

  3. If the issue is covered, we’ll repair or replace your device free of charge (shipping may apply)

Not covered: Accidental damage, tampering, misuse, or unauthorized modifications/apps.

Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Not Accepted If:

  • Device shows tampering or internal damage

  • Original packaging is missing or incomplete

  • Serial number or MAC address does not match our records

  • Return request is made after 30 days (unless covered under warranty)

  • Device is an exchange or marked “Final Sale”

  • Return was not approved by DWIT personnel
